Apostle Johnson Suleman once explained why he has maintained a kind of friendship with Daddy Freeze whose real name is Ifedayo Olarinde.
In an old online video not connected to recent development, Suleman said it became necessary to explain his relationship with Freeze because many people have been wondering why he is his friend despite all the hate speech against him in the past.
It will be recalled that Daddy Freeze was always attacking Apostle Suleman a few years ago to the point of rubbishing his ministry.
But both of them have since made up and have become friends. He granted interview to Freeze about two weeks ago on his You Tube platform.
Suleman explains that he had to extend love to him because God has not allowed us to hate our brothers adding that we can not claim we love God when we hate our brothers that we see..
He wondered why people are not happy that he is the friend of Freeze saying ‘so people want us to fight’
Suleman who decried hate speech coming from the pulpit said since he made up with Freeze the only thing they discuss is scripture.
‘I don’t agree with him and he does not agree with me on some issues. But we discuss. I can can disagree with him publicly but that should not make us to fight.’ he said.
He said he would not subscribe to hating people because they don’t agree on some issues. ‘the end time church is not a mechanical church..we can’t fight with the arm of the flesh. If you don’t have the spirit of God you can’t understand the workings of God.’
He then called on men of God to employ the weapon of love noting that love has capacity to bring the vilest sinner to Christ’
