Kingdom Men to honour late Christopher Kolade at Jan 31 breakfast meeting

Nigeria’s former ambassador to the United Kingdom and celebrated corporate giant Dr..Christopher Kolade will be honoured posthumously on January 31 by Kingdom.Men Global Network at a special breakfast meeting.

Dr. Kolade whose life of integrity impacted many died in the early hours of October 8 2025, at the age of 92. Until his death he was chairman of the board of The Kingdom Men Network among many other corporate organisations and social endeavours.

The Assistant Chief Steward, Media & Outreach, of Kigdom.Men Network, Pastor Dennis Onwuegbu, in a statement said the event which is themed, COURAGEOUS MANHOOD – Lessons from the Life of a Man of Integrity” will hold at Presken Hotel, Alade Avenue, Opposite Airport Hotel, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja , Lagos beginning from 8.30 am.

Speakers at the special edition of Men’s Breakfast Roundtable (MBR) which also doubles as KMEN Barnabas Breakfast Banquet (BBB), include Rev David Abraham, Managing Director, Managing Business for Christ (MBFC ), a ministry founded by Dr Kolade; and Rev Paul Abiodun AkanbiOluwa, Executive Director, FEES Limited, who recently succeeded him as MBFC Board Chairman. Mr Gbolade Ighodia, a Business Strategist and Consultant and a Kolade acolyte is also on the panel.

The late Kolade’s colleagues on the KMEN Board of Trustees, who are co-hosts of the event, and members of the ministry’s support group, KMEN Barnabas Club will also be on hand to honour Nigeria’s Mr Integrity.

Kingdom Men Global Network (KMEN) is a ministry to men founded in 2009 with the objective of joining hands with Church and society to raise and disciple men for Christlike living. Pastor Remi Akano, a veteran journalist, serves as its Chief Vision Steward.
