More than 100 church leaders across Osun State On November 30 gathered at Union Baptist Church Oshogbo at the Instance of Anchor International Outreach Ministries.
It was a unique time to learn at the feet of Jesus Christ. It was also a time for pastors to upgrade their ministries.
The ministry gave out Spurgeon Study Bible, books, and a kit bag worth over$47,500 to all the church leaders at the one-day event.
President of the ministry, Dr. Bolarinwa Michael Omotosho said the goal of the conference was to empower the pastors so they could raise the next generation of leaders.

Transformation
Omotosho who took a session at the conference expressed the hope that what the pastors learned at the conference would be applied in the context of the local church and their homes.
“My earnest prayer is that every participant will go in the spirit of the conference to steer a spirited aura of fellowship among their congregation to continue in this same mind for purpose, unity, and genuine leadership to transform their churches,” he said.
He appreciated the leadership of Union Baptist Church for making available their space for the conference.
He said, “We appreciate the Senior Pastor of Union Baptist Church, Rev. Dr. Sunday Adediwura Adeoye, and his team for making the conference a reality.”
Omotosho however apologised to those who were unable to attend because of the lateness in communicating the meeting
He promised that the ministry would be in Osogbo in May 2024 for a bigger and more unique experience. “The spirit of God will guide us and we will give a free copy of the Africa Study Bible and books to all participants by God’s grace when we come to Oshogbo next year by God’s grace”
Each lecture at the conference was handled by experienced leaders, and the topics were not limited to leadership alone but included “Ministers, Marriage, and Ministry”.
Other speakers at the conference were Rev. Dr. John Adegboyega Adeleke, Christian Association of Nigeria(CAN), Chairman Osun State, Pastor Oluwarinu Matthew Femi Osun State Regional Pastor the Gospel Faith Mission International, and Dr. Mrs. Priscilla Omotosho, Member (BOT) Anchor International Outreach Ministry.
