The Lagos Chapter of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria has said Pastor Wale Adefarasin is a leader among leaders just as he clocked 70 on Monday, June 6.
Adefarasin is the Overseer of Guiding Light Assembly based in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The commendation was contained in a statement signed by the chairman of the fellowship, Apostle Eyinnaya Okwuonu, and Apostle Akin Akindejoye
The fellowship expressed great joy Pastor Adefarasin had attained the platinum age of 70. It recalled Adefarasin’s supportive role in the Pentecostal body in Lagos.
Lagos PFN states, “We recall your positive impact on the Fellowship during your period of stewardship as the Chairman of the body in Lagos State. Your open-door policy as well as the reforms and restructuring you brought into the body stood you out as the Father of New PFN in Lagos State.
“We celebrate your tenure as the National Secretary, of PFN for your unrivaled leadership skill emblazoned with godliness, humility, and integrity which stood you on the right side of history.
“Your service to God and humanity as the convening Apostle of the National Coalition of Apostolic Leaders is noteworthy as it is praiseworthy. You are indeed a leader among leaders and we are blessed to be associated with you, sir.
“We pray for you servant of God on this occasion that the beauty of the Lord rests upon you, establish the works of your hand and increase your greatness.”
