Archbishop Williams Osazee has pleaded with servants of God to make holy living their priority above anything else.

He made the plea  while delivering a sermon at the  Consecration service of some bishops and ministers of the gospel.

The event took place at the Light of Life Ministries Int’l, 4 Adebowale Close, Baruwa, Ipaja,  Lagos..

It was put together by the Queen Esther Ministries Int’l, USA, in collaboration with Zion Ministries International Alabama, USA.

Williams who is also a professor appealed passionately to the ministers to continuously make commitment to a true life of reconciliation and  blamelessness.

He said with Jesus in their lives it is possible to live above sin and other distractions in life.

According to him living a Christlike life ‘is not a “puerile affair as this calls for a total self denial and work. It’s a call to work. And I must tell you, there’s a lot to be done.”

“Nobody is qualified to be a Bishop, Archbishop or Pastor or Apostle etc. without Christ. Without the Grace of God in Christ I am not even qualified let alone to living a life of being blameless according to the Scripture in (I Timothy 3:2-12). The truth is that with Christ in us, we can live blameless and holy life when we continue to think and do pure things, good things etc. as the Bible admonishes in Phil. 4:8. We need to pattern our lives after the likeness of Christ. Only then can we be blameless and pure.”

He noted that  while the various offices occupied by great men and women of God are not for self adulation, their long held crosier are not for mere decorations but insignea of spiritual authority to bless and to engage in spiritual warfare in the higher places.

He said ministers of the gospel should note that their various calls and elevation to high offices are a commitment to greater responsibilities, and of reconciling peoples, communities and nations to God as ambassadors of Christ on earth.

Earlier Dr. Faith Modupe Isijola who is also is the founder of Queen Esther Ministries Int’l. Atlanta Georgia, USA, said the event was put together to consecrate and elevate proven men and women

She said Queen Esther Ministries Int’l founded since 1991 and that it has the onerous duty of acknowledging “great and powerful men and women with the undiluted word of God, who take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to homes, communities, and nations of the world.”

She said that though the world is full of men seeking wealth and money, that her Queen Esther Ministries (QUEM) which is made up of several nationalties and internationally recognised Ministries, seeks only after people who are truely called, dynamic and are working not after the flesh but after the true word of God through the Holy Spirit.

His Holiness Will Boyd of Zion Ministries, Alabama, USA who collaborated with Isijola to organise the event could not be reached.

His Eminence Ebenezer Bankole who joined His Eminence Archbishop Prof. Williams Osazee  to consecrate the Bishops-elects also charged that they should live exemplary life of Christ as Williams earlier sermonised.

Among the Bishops-elects were Smith Okotie from Germany; Matilda Egbumokei; Olugbenga Ademilokun; Mrs. Odetola (JP) and others.

Other dignitaries present at the event were Dr. Wale Ewebiyi of Queen Esther Ministries (QUEM); Dr. Adedeji Adeleke Chief Guest of Honour and life Patron of (QUEM) and many others.

The International Fellowship of Communion of Bishops, Archbishops, Apostles, Episcopal Body of Christ (IFECOBAAPEB), was also launched at the great occasion.
