All these according to the statement is following in line with the injunction of the Lord Jesus Christ that pure and undefiled religion entails taking care of the underprivileged.

Representatives of the federal and state government, captains of industry and other leaders of the society have been invited to be part of the epoch event.

Young people, women and the elderly who have all been part of the success story of the pace setting Diocese are also expected to grace the occasion.

The Rt. Revd Dr. James Olusola Odedeji received the mantle of leadership from the pioneer Bishop, the late Rt. Revd, Dr. Peter Awelewa Adebiyi in 2013.

He promised in the statement that the Diocese would continue to work assiduously towards preparing members for the second coming of Christ by preaching the undiluted word in its almost 400 parishes.
