The annual Praise Day which attracts different denominations, choir groups and individuals from every part of world have been scheduled to hold on Thursday,May 7
The organiser of the event, Deacon Banjo Omole of the Victory Center of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Iju Road, Lagos said the event will be 12th edition promises to be truly soul lifting
As usual, the host venue for the event remains the RCCG Iju Road Parish..Several centers. Worship outlets and individuals are expected to join in their different locations as the event takes off from the RCCG parish.
For the first time, Deacon Omole disclosed that the May 7 World Praise Day will be held at the Obey’s Prayer Mountain, Keesi, Abeokuta, Ogun state,
He informed further that groups in homes, prayer camps and worship centers will be joining “the global praise sessions in honour of our God”
Deacon Omole reiterated the vision of the program, which is primarily to praise God on May 7 every year, wherever you are because he is our creator. He said since he received this vision he has continued to pursue it every year, to the glory of God.
He said, there’s no hard and fast rule about it, anyone could join in with family and friends, from midnight of May 7, and continue at their convenience till the end of the day.
He assured that the event can only be bigger,as millions around the world participate.
