I would not have made pronouncements about Pope -Apostle Suleman

Pope Francis: I would not have said anything about him

Founder of Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman has said he would not have said anything about Pope Francis at the early stage of Covid-19 but for persistent instructions from God.

In his online message today May 19, Suleman said “the message kept coming and it came about 10 times but I kept ignoring and cancelling the instruction because I did not have the courage to say it. I said I was not going to talk about Pope. But the instructions kept coming. Left for me I will not say what I said about Pope”

Suleman had said in March that Pope Francis was being used in the new world order and that he was at the centre of planning a one-world religion and in league with the antichrist

Many had criticized him for making such claim about Pope.

But Suleman said in his message that the reason he has not been worried about the backlash is that the message he delivered was from God. “I was not bothered when the backlash came because I heard from the Lord.”

In his message, Suleman had explained that the Christian faith is a journey adding that the believer does not judge a fellow believer and should not bother about the other person in the journey of faith “We do not judge people in trying to do that, you will disqualify yourself. It is God that justifies. In this race don’t be distracted by the other man running. The enemy will want to make you judge others and in trying to judge you lose your reward.” He said.

He said the only reason a person can make any pronouncement will be because the person has heard expressly from God like the way God spoke to me about Pope.

“Our ways with God are strange. What God said is different from what God is saying. In Isaiah 38, God gave Isaiah a prophecy to tell Hezekiah that he will die. But God later instructed him to go back to tell him that he will not die. That he had added 15 more years to his years. Those who heard Isaiah deliver the first message and did not hear him deliver the second message will call Isaiah a false prophet. The reason we go into error is because of limited knowledge. The enemy tries to distract you with an attraction.”

Suleman said further, “There are people who have tried to speak for God. In john 16 v2, the Lord talked about people who will kill you and think they are doing God a service. The Lord told Hosea to marry a harlot. He did and found out later that the harlot went to marry another person. God said what happened between Hosea and the harlot was like what Israel did to Him. That was what made Hosea have a great burden for Israel. Those who saw Hosea marry a harlot would have judged him without knowing what he heard from God.

“You don’t know people’s dealing with the Lord, don’t judge their lives. At the end of the day many will go to hell because they judged wrongly. Some will be running the race with so much passion but will lose their reward at the end. If you don’t have meekness in your utterance don’t utter anything.

He also cautioned Christians against wrong use of their tongues. “You fight with your tongue. No matter what is going on I don’t use negative words on my wife. God has given us the tongue that is learned. The Bible says our religion is in vain if we don’t use our tongues rightly. Say the right things. When you speak don’t care what people think. Don’t care what they say. Say what you expect not what you are going through. Say where you are going not what you are going through. Never confess what the devil is doing. Confess what the word of God has said about you.”
