“And we know that ALL THINGS work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the Called according to His purpose. For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son , that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called: and whom He called, them He justified, and them who He justified, them He also glorified.” – Romans 8:28-30, KJV.
In some cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, things may not work out the way we plan them. In matters like that, we cannot rule out the influence of powerful demonic forces shaping the outcomes of our plans and purposes.
Their human agents might have peeped through their crystal ball to have a foresight and we might have inadvertently leaked the details of such plans to them.
Ironically such demonic human agents may be within ones family circles or so- called close- friends whom we may carelessly reveal and entrust our future plans to and how we intend to execute them.
While we may choose our circle of friends, no one can choose which family he or she want to be born into. That prerogative belongs to GOD the Almighty.
Since our lives are shaped by circumstances beyond our control or the environment we may found ourselves as individuals, Families, Communities or a Nation, it is therefore imperative for us to get closer to GOD so that He can still work out His Eternal Plans and Purposes for our lives despite the delays and uncomfortable challenges we may be passing through as individuals/ families, Community or a Nation.
However, we should first of all search our lives to be sure we truly love GOD from our hearts and we are part of the Called according to His purpose.
Once those conditions are satisfied, we can be rest assured that ALL THINGS, no matter how unpleasant they may appear, will still work together for our good. At a macro level, the typical examples that readily come to mind are the socio-economic and the political challenges that our Nation -Nigeria may be passing through now where nothing seems to be certain except by GOD’S Special Grace.
The country has inadvertently found herself where the Rich are also crying. Still there are GOD’S assurances through certain Prophetic Declarations received at Home and Abroad in the past four decades that the Nation remains a Battle- Axe in GOD’S hands with which to execute His Global Eternal Plans and Purposes in this End- Time.
The unpleasant / unbearable situations that we may be passing through now may be part of the furnace experience which the enemy might have designed to destroy our destinies as individuals or even sink the boat of our Nation and thus prevent it from reaching our Harbour of Glorious Destination.
Nonetheless, our GOD the Almighty will still use ALL these things ( pleasant and seemingly unpleasant) to work together for our own good and the good of our Nation- Nigeria in JESUS Name.
Let us continue to encourage ourselves and keep our Hope alive in GOD who will never fail us. Shalom! ‘
