CASON’s 2025 confab to address talent management in Church…Fela Durotoye, Bukola Smith, Odunayo Oke, others to speak

President of Church Administrators Society of Nigeria, Pastor Seyi Oladimeji has said the 2025 conference of the society will address issues surrounding talent management In the Church.

Oladimeji made this known in a statement announcing the conference made available to Church Times.

The conference according to Oladimeji will hold on Monday September 22. It will feature the former presidential candidate of Alliance for New Nigeria who is also MD/CEO Gemstone Group, Fela Durotoye, Managing Director of FSDH Merchant Bank, Mrs Bukola Smith and the Past President of Lagos Baptist Conference Dr. Odunayo Oke

Oladimeji stated that the conference which is themed, talent development and management in church leadership’ has been designed to address one of the most urgent priorities of our time which is ‘how to identify, nurture and deploy talents within the church system ‘

According to him, “the future of effective church leadership rests on our ability to recognise and manage the diverse talents that God has entrusted to his people. This conference is designed to equip leaders with practical tools and spiritual insight to do just that.”

The one-day conference which he said is free will hold at the Elevation Church, Maryland it will start at exactly 10 am..
