RCCG set for special anniversary thanksgiving and prayer for Nigeria @ 65

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has announced that it will host a special thanksgiving service to commemorate the 65th Independence Anniversary of Nigeria.

The service, themed “THE KING OF KINGS”, is scheduled for Sunday, October 5, at 7:30 a.m., at the Throne of Grace, RCCG National Headquarters, 1–9 Redemption Way, Ebute-Metta, Lagos.

The General Overseer of the Church, Pastor Enoch Adeboye will lead special prayers for government executives, legislators, politicians, electoral institutions, peacekeeping groups and political leaders,

Adeboye will also pray for elder statesmen, students of political science, citizens’ right organizations, and for the people of Nigeria at large.

The event which promises to be a memorable one according to a press statement by the church will mark a turning point in the history of Nigeria

RCCG urges all stakeholders and the general public to join this solemn national intercession, as the church prays for peace, unity, and divine progress for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
