Intensify prayers

The pastor in charge of the Province, Adeola Adenuga who made the call on Saturday, May 18,  said Nigeria needed the Prayers of the elders now that her economic problems seem to be defying human theories.

“At times like this when our socio-economic issues have refused to yield to all logic and theories in the books, we need our elders to act as fathers and mothers of faith by leading the nation back to God in prayers.

“I have the conviction that God still honours the prayers of the elders, especially when they ask in faith. Thank God for our father in the Lord in this mission, Pastor Enoch Adeboye is the President of our Elders Council.

“He is a man of faith who prays for the country from time to time. So the elders in the church must emulate him by joining in the prayers for the nation. There is no better time for this national duty”  he added.
