University, others honour TACN LAWMNA Chairman, launch festhscrift, video documentary
The maiden Pastor S. G. O. Uyeh Annual Lecture focusing on contemporary religious and national leadership challenges will hold at The Apostolic Church Nigeria TACN headquarters, Olorunda Ketu Lagos State on Saturday 26th July, 2025.
Professor Jacob Kehinde Ayantayo of the University of Ibadan the Guest Speaker, will talk on the topic: “Promoting Christian Values and Advancing the Course of National Development”
The Key Note Speaker and Chairman of the occasion is Bishop Prof Stephen Adegbite, Lagos State CAN Chairman while Overseer Dr Oluwatoyin Taiwo, Chief of Staff to the Ogun State Governor will be the co-chairman.
Organized by the S. G. O. Uyeh Foundation and Delta Mega Trend, the Planning Committee Chairman and Provost LATS, Jos, Pastor Emmanuel O. Olowoyeye Ph.D, pointed out that the public lecture is to honour the leadership qualities of the celebrant, Pastor (Dr) Senior Gabriel Okpako Uyeh JP. the incumbent TACN LAWMNA Territorial Chairman while still alive and as well immortalize his name.
He added that it will from time to time serve as a forum to address contemporary and perennial issues or challenges in the Church system and society at Large.
Other highlights of the event are the launching of a book entitled “Riches of Grace, Faith and Service in Church Purpose and Objectives”, written in honour of Pastor Uyeh by eminent scholars put together by the Glorious Vision University (GVU) Ogwa, Edo State, and presentation of a Video documentary entitled “Act of An Apostle” on the life and ministry of the LAWMNA chairman
The Chief Launcher is Prince Sam Ogrih, supported by other top and eminent personalities from industries, businesses and the Christian fold who are to grace the occasion.
Among other dignitaries expected at the events are, Pastor (Dr) S. E. Igwe, the TACN National President emeritus and Pastor Dr L. O. Oladele the incoming National President, members of the Church’s LAWMNA Executive Council and Area Superintendents.
The venue of the events is the LAWMNA Event Centre, TACN International Convention ground, Olorunda Ketu, Lagos state.
