A host of church leaders mostly from the Pentecostal fold graced the formal inauguration of Isaac Oyedepo’s Evangelistic Ministry.
Those at the inauguration include the founder of Salvation Ministry, Pastor David Ibiyemie, and the General Overseer of Dunamis Christian Centre, Pastor Paul Enenche. Many of those who defer to Bishop David Oyedepo known as sons of the prophet were also at the inauguration.
It is not clear when the inauguration took place, but in a video clip circulated online, Isaac Oyedepo and his wife were being prayed for indicating the beginning of his ministry.
The formal inauguration of the ministry put to rest questions about Isaac Oyedepo’s move to start his own ministry.
Bishop Oyedepo in the video clip prayed for Isaac and his wife while Bishop David Abioye stood by with a bottle of oil which was later poured on the couple.
Oyedepo prayed that Isaac’s life would interpret his message to the world and that he would not lose touch with his source.
He also prayed that he would be clothed with humility adding that he would never be seen as a burden.
Bishop Oyedepo later prayed for the attendees at the occasion. He prayed that they would not be trapped by “evil thought, evil speaking, and evil action.
Isaac Oyedepo is the second son of Bishop Oyedepo. Until recently he was the youth Pastor of the Living Faith Church which was founded by his father before he resigned to start his own ministry. He was first ordained as a pastor in May 2007 by Kenneth Copeland. He married Ayomitide Omogbadegun in 2010.
