The legal director of the Lagos chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Barrister Tomi Vincent has given hints on how to handle legal exigencies that may be a fallout of a well intended charity project.
This is following the increasing rate of death at points where palliatives are being distributed in recent time. In the last one week many death were recorded in some parts of the country where palliatives were distributed.
