Toluwani, daughter of Pastor Bimbo Odukoya, has relived the memory of her mother in a Facebook post reflecting on the life she lived while also celebrating her.
The post is coming about 20 years after her sudden transition in a plane crash. She died on December 11, 2005 at the age of 45. If she was alive she would be celebrating her 65th birthday on Friday September 12.
Toluwani, who is one of the pastors at Fountain of Life Church founded by her late father and mother wrote, “She was an enigma…a force.…striding through life in 6-inch heels, fire in her eyes, and the Word of Jesus Christ on her lips.
In her short 45 years on earth, she shook the world. She left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her, building a legacy that still speaks loudly today.
She would have been 65 today. The words ‘I miss you’ will never capture the depth of the ache or the size of the void you left behind. But this I know…I love you still, and I will love you forever.
They say, ‘A lion cannot give birth to a goat,’ Your baby cub has grown into a lioness, walking proudly in the path and legacy you carved out. Happy Birthday, my Mother.”… You were the Best!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️”
