Adegbolagun: Family mourns, says, ‘he lived a life of inpact’


The Family of Rev. Solomon Aderibigbe Adegbolagun has described the late church founder and leader of Centre for Righteous Living as a man who made great impact during his lifetime.

Adegbolagun transited on October 31 2024; hours after an impactful ministry activity at the age of 78..

In a statement announcing his death the family described him as man who made great impact, a committed servant of God and visionary leader.


Rev. Adegbolagun according to the statement. ‘dedicated his life to ministry as the Senior Pastor and visionary of The Last Commandment Ministry, where he faithfully served until his final breath.’

The statement also noted the late cleric’s unwavering commitment to spreading the gospel, mentoring others, and building a vibrant faith community.

These values according to the family formed the foundation of his ministry, which touched countless lives.


Before embracing full-time ministry, Rev. Adegbolagun had a distinguished career in the corporate world.

He began his professional journey in 1978 with PZ Industries Plc, working in the Quality Control Department.

He rose through the ranks to serve as Quality Control Manager at the Ikorodu Factory. He was Area Manager (Sales) from 1988 to 1994, and National Sales Manager from 1994 to 2000.

His leadership and contributions played a significant role in the company’s success.


Rev. Adegbolagun also served as Chairman of the Lagos State Pilgrims Board from 2013 to 2015, where his dedication to faith-based initiatives and community service was widely recognized.

He was however more known for his undying passion to see righteousness in the place of governance. That informed his constant advocacy for Christian values in governance and also Christian participation in the political space.

This led to the creation of the Centre for Righteous Living (CRIL), an organization promoting integrity, transparency, and Christian principles in leadership.

While expressing deep sorrow about Rev Adegbolagun’s passing, the family says, ‘ We celebrate a life well-lived, one filled with purpose, faith, and profound impact.’
