13-yr old church secures N4.4 billion property in Lagos

A 13-year old assembly known as , Celebration Church International has secured a property worth N4.4 billion naira on Acme road, Ikeja Lagos

The pastor of the church, Emmanuel Iren made the disclosure in a recent online broadcast while also .noting that the development is a good one both for the church and the body of Christ.

The facility will perhaps be the first major property of the church. Though it has a large following especially among young people, many of the centres where they worship across Lagos are rented..

Iren informed that about N3 billion has already been paid to tie down the property. What is left to be paid is N1.4 billion.

He expressed hope that the remaining amount will be paid by God’s grace.

The pastor then urged people who have been looking for the opportunity to be part of what the church is doing to support the church in paying up the remaining sum.

He however stressed that nobody should be under any pressure..’There is no pressure. The money will be paid’ he stated.

While making the announcement he said, :Our church just got a facility, a 10,000 seater auditorium on Acme road. And I think this is very huge and strategic. It’s like a change of baton in the body of Christ.

‘I am really grateful for what God is doing with me and many others in my generation. For those who have already sent us DMs asking for what they could do for the ministry, I want to say this is the opportunity.

‘But of course no pressure..it will be done and it has been done. But at the time of doing this video we have N1.4 billion left. So for those who will want to support this is time. But for those of you who will just want to pray, that is also ok.’

The CCI was established in 2012 by Pastor Iren a first Class graduate of Building Technology from the Covenant University. He also holds masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos..
