General Evangelist of the Christ Apostolic Church, Agbala Itura (World-wide), Prophet Samuel Kayode Abiara has counselled Christians and followers of Christ that the only solution to “crisis and problematic” situations is “trusting God and depending on Him.”

Abiara who was represented by Pastor Diran Adeleke, the Lagos Zonal Pastor of CAC Agbala itura at the 22nd anniversary of the Sango District Headquarters of the Church on Sunday October 28 explained that many Biblical personalities like Moses, David, Deborah, Daniel, Sarah and Jacob faced numerous battles, but were victorious because God was on their side.

He maintained that the theme of the anniversary: “Uncommon Victory” shows the faithfulness of God over His people and that the almighty God has fought all the church battle in the last 22 years and gave us victory. “This is marvellous in our eyes,” he said.

Earlier in his welcome address, the District Superintendent (DS) of the church, Pastor James Adio Taiwo maintained that the focus of the anniversary is to appreciate God for His goodness and protection over all the members of the church and to thank Him for keeping our patrons and matrons in office for a period of ten years in good health. “This is indeed an uncommon victory,” he said.

The Church Patron, Elder Michael Olayinka accompanied by the Matron, Deaconess Akinlosotu, Baba Egbe, Elder Odu (represented by his son), Iya Egbe, Deaconess Amusa (represented by her husband, Elder Ayoola Amusa) danced and thanked God for His mercy and faithfulness for their journey of ten years despite their fears and challenges.
